The program is simple. We rebate 10% of a commercial tenants phone bill towards the phone bill of the commercial property manager. The property manager does not need to recommend our service or in any other way promote our service though we do appreciate when they do.
Enrollment is automatic. We work with our customers and simply offer a monthly credit towards the HELIA phone services of their property managers. The credit covers up to 100% of the total monthly bill. If you have a tenant that is currently using our services and are not receiving our rebate, please let us know. We are probably just not connecting to the right person at your firm.
Do the credits roll forward?
The credits must be used in the month they are issued.
Do you provide residential phone lines?
No. We only provide phone lines and services for businesses.

What can the credits be used for?
The credits can be used for any telecom service or equipment we provide including:
- Phone lines
- Fax to Email services
- Desk and cordless phones
- Hosted and premise phone systems
- Toward lease costs on HELIA phone systems.
