Our packages cover you and your clients – ensuring that we’re there when you and your clients need us most. Our support team provides best-of-breed technical expertise, providing you with the peace of mind you need to deploy VoIP solutions to your client base. Emergency support is available as well. Normal after hours support is scheduled to ensure we have someone available for project work
3CX Maintenance Agreements
Some issues will require an active 3CX maintenance agreement in place to engage engineers on an issue. We can renew or bring your 3CX maintenance agreement up to date. 3CX maintenance agreements provide access to the latest 3CX phone system software and access to engineering support through your support partner. 3CX through their maintenance agreement do not cover time based costs for support.
Support Packages Expiry InformationAll Support packages have an expiry of one year, but you can easily extend the expiry of your old packages by adding additional hours to your account. Whenever you purchase an additional package, the expiry of the new package will be one year, and the hours carried over from the previously purchased package will have their expiry date updated to coincide with the expiry of the new package.

Allocation of Support Effort to Packages
- Support time is billed in 15 minute segments
- Business hours are 8:30 am to 5pm MST (GMT -7)
- After hours emergency support is allocated as 30 minutes for every 15 minutes.
