With 3CX Phone System version 15, The 3CX phone system installation defaults to using a 3CX SSL encryption certificate to protect your remote communication with the server and also defaults to using a 3cx owned domain. For us at HELIA, this would be helia.3cx.us. Your maintenance agreement also maintains this infrastructure and so without a maintenance agreement in place, you will loose public access to the 3cx.us domain name as well a having a valid SSL security certificate.
